New Zealand is located on two largeislands: North and South. In addition, New Zealand includes 700 small islands. Few people know that New Zealand is one of the most recent discoveries of mankind. The island was opened by the Dutch navigator Abel Tasman, in part of which the Tasman Sea, which separates New Zealand from the Australian continent, is named.

New Zealand is a group of islands,located in Polynesia in the southwestern Pacific Ocean. The closest neighbor of New Zealand is the island of New Caledonia, which is 1400 kilometers to the north. Australia is located at 1,700 kilometers to the north-east.
New Zealand is a very beautiful, picturesquecountry with magnificent scenery. There are mountains, volcanoes, rainforests and blue lakes. In the north of the country a mild subtropical climate, while in the southern half a temperate climate with full four seasons.
