The heat supply system of the Moscow region may have dramatic changesSeptember 30, 2016
According to Sergei Shoigu, the Moscow Region government is going to gradually withdraw from the scheme, on the basis of which, the supply of residential buildings in the region is carried out through large heat and power plants.
In the future, local authorities intend to use modern electric and gas boilers that will equip each house to provide heating. The governor specified that in this case gas and electric boilers are meant, which are designed for servicing up to 200 apartments.
The official noted that at present residential buildings are heated predominantly large CHP. Regardless of the amount of heat that each of the residential premises needs, it is distributed evenly to each locality.According to Sergei Shoigu, it is impossible to allow situations when much more thermal energy is often supplied to the apartments than the amount they need. The authorities intend to gradually, starting with individual neighborhoods, to transfer homes to individual heating. Sooner or later, absolutely all buildings will switch to it.
The reason for using the new heating scheme in the future is quite simple. The fact is that it is necessary to spend more than 20 billion rubles only for the repair of heating networks. According to economists, these funds will be quite enough for the purchase and installation of individual boilers. At the same time, the new system will significantly reduce the amount of heat costs that occur during their transportation to each apartment. Among the advantages of this method, the official also named the fact that he is one of the most effective methods of combating the existing monopolism of management companies, which now exists in this area.
For some household plots, especially for summer time, it is simpler and more profitable to buy a dry closet, than to carry out the additional sewerage. It is worth buying a bio-toilet from the manufacturer that will allow to reduce expenses as much as possible.
