And unlike the liquid diet or fast diet, which allow you to lose weight in a week of 10 kg, the Japanese diet includes foods that can satisfy hunger. Japanese diet for 14 days - menu

Do not forget, refusal of flour, confectionery products, alcohol, sugar and salt is obligatory!

Your 1 day:

  • For breakfast, we drink natural black coffee without sugar.
  • For dinner we will prepare salad from fresh cabbage with vegetable oil, we will cook 2 eggs. And as a drink we are offered 1 glass of tomato juice.
  • For dinner you can eat only fried fish.

Your 2nd day:

  • For breakfast, we again drink natural black coffee without sugar, but you can add to it the usual cookies (1 piece) or cracker.
  • For lunch we will have 100 gr of boiled or fried fish and salad from fresh vegetables, cabbage with vegetable oil.
  • For dinner, you can have 100 grams of boiled beef and one glass of kefir.

Your 3 day:

  • At breakfast you can all the same as the second day of the Japanese diet.
  • For lunch, grill a large vegetable marrow with vegetable oil, you will get a gram of 200.
  • For dinner, eat 2 steep eggs with 200 grams of boiled beef, as well as a salad of fresh cabbage, seasoned with vegetable oil.

Your 4th day:

  • We repeat the breakfast.
  • For dinner, we drink one raw egg and eat three large carrots with vegetable oil. In addition, we allow ourselves 20 gr of cheese.
  • For dinner today, only fruit.

Your 5th day:

  • At breakfast, there is a variety: three carrots and season with lemon juice.
  • At the dinner will be boiled or fried fish with a large tomato, as well as one glass of tomato juice.

Your 6th day:

  • For breakfast, we drink natural black coffee without sugar.
  • For lunch, eat half the boiled chicken with a salad of carrots or fresh cabbage.
  • Dinner consists of two steep eggs and a carrot salad with vegetable oil.

Your 7th day:

  • For breakfast, we drink green tea.
  • For lunch - fruit and 200 g of boiled beef
  • We choose our own dinner from the previous days, except for the third day of the Japanese diet.

Your 8 day:

  • In the form of breakfast green tea.
  • For lunch, eat half the boiled chicken with a salad of carrots or fresh cabbage.
  • Supper of the sixth day of the Japanese diet.

Your 9th day:

  • For breakfast, we drink natural black coffee without sugar.
  • At dinner there will be a large boiled or fried fish and one glass of tomato juice.
  • Fruity dinner.

Your 10th day:

  • We repeat the breakfast of the previous day.
  • For dinner, we drink one raw egg and eat three large carrots with vegetable oil. And you can also 20 gr of cheese.
  • Dinner again consists of fruits.

Your 11th day:

  • For breakfast, we drink natural black coffee without sugar, add to it the usual cookies (2pcs).
  • For lunch, grill a large vegetable marrow with vegetable oil.
  • For dinner, eat 2 steep eggs with 200 g of boiled beef, as well as a salad of fresh cabbage.

Your 12th day:

  • We repeat the breakfast of the previous day.
  • Our lunch will consist of fried or boiled fish and a salad of fresh vegetables.
  • At the dinner we will eat boiled beef (200 gr) and drink one glass of kefir.

Your 13th day:

  • For breakfast, we drink natural black coffee without sugar.
  • Lunch consists of two steep eggs and cabbage salad with vegetable oil. We drink tomato juice.
  • For dinner, boiled or fried fish.

Your 14 day (optional):

  • We repeat the menu of the Japanese diet of the previous day. A fish at dinner can replace 200 grams of cooked beef.

Comments and comments about the Japanese diet are different. But very many women agree on the opinion that it is difficult to strictly follow the menu of the Japanese diet all 14 days. They also write that unsalted food simply "does not get into the throat". But the result is really being achieved.
