How to cook egg noodles
To make this homemade noodles, you will need these ingredients:
- olive oil - 10 ml;
- wheat flour (the highest grade) - 200 g;
- egg yolks - 5 pcs .;
- salt - ½ tsp.
Note that instead of olive oil, when cooking dough, you can use vegetable in the same proportion.
Egg noodles are prepared in several stages:
- Flour sift through a sieve, this will saturate it with oxygen, so that the noodles turn tender and airy.
- Whisk the yolks with a fork until a uniform consistency, and then add salt there and mix thoroughly, it is necessary that it completely dissolved.
- From flour, form on the kitchen table a slide into which pour the prepared yolks and olive oil.
- Start to knead the dough, first make it with a spoon, and then with your hands, it is necessary that it turns smooth and elastic.
- The finished dough wrap in a plastic bag and leave in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
- Take a cutting board and a sharp knife, divide the dough into 6 pieces and roll each of them into a small ball.
