According to experts, due to the update of the SNiP may increase the payment for heatingApril 15, 2016
As Alexander Fadeev, the executive director of the Rosizol partnership, said at the press conference, the adoption of the updated version of the SNiP (building standards and rules) can increase the tariffs for heating buildings erected in accordance with this building code by 10% to 70%. It was also noted that the new version of the document reflects a decrease in wall thickness by 35% in comparison with the standards already adopted. Thus, at home on projects of the new version of the SNiP will require more energy.
According to experts, residents of multi-apartment buildings built according to the updated standards will have to pay more for the consumption of energy services. According to the calculations made, over time, the increase in tariffs can reach 70%.According to the Mosgorexpertiza representative, the adoption of a new SNiP does not meet the declared “Energy Strategy until 2030” implementation, which is aimed at reducing the energy intensity of GDP by 40%, and from 2015 it was planned to reduce specific heat consumption by 30%.
In turn, Fadeev said that the document is likely to be adopted in a modified version by the end of this year. The updated version has undergone significant changes and every effort should be made to improve it.
The representative of the association of owners E. Razmahnina proposed the installation of an individual or general house heat meter as a way out of the situation. According to her, this will save money on heating payments by a quarter in the case of using a general-purpose meter, and almost halve the cost of installing an individual meter.
Modern heating boiler can significantly reduce heating costs, while its efficiency is very high. Most often they choose a gas heating boiler, since gas is still cheaper than electricity, it is also more convenient than solid fuel boilers.
